At the BlackBerry World™ conference, I had the chance to interview David Heit, Director of Software Product Strategy, to discuss BlackBerry® Bridge™, which is an app that allows the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet to access existing BlackBerry® smartphone applications including secure browsing, access to corporate email, and many other enterprise uses. BlackBerry Bridge can be used with both BlackBerry® Internet Service and BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
