The never-ending wait for your vendor to update your phone or tablet to ICS seems to take forever doesn’t it? If you are looking for at least a small taste of ICS features, Camera ICS has you covered. This app is available from the market and offers an improved version of the camera software that essentially is the same as you’d find in ICS. While its only a camera upgrade, it’s better than nothing, right? The app gives you better overal control of your picture and video quality, and adds silent mode. The downside? If you you want it for free you are going to have to be willing to put up with ads. If having ads just doesn’t work for you, $.99 can land you the ad-free version of the app.
